Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Super Cool Calendar website ("Site"), operated by the Super Cool Calendar team ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or joining the pre-launch waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pre-Launch Status

Super Cool Calendar is pre-launch. The Site currently exists to describe the product and collect waitlist signups. Joining the waitlist does not:

  • Guarantee access to the product at launch.
  • Guarantee any specific feature, price, or availability.
  • Create a contract to purchase or receive any service.

We may change, delay, or cancel the product at any time.

2. Waitlist

When you join the waitlist, you submit your name and email as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rightful owner of the email address. We may remove any waitlist entry that appears to be automated, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Site.
  • Submit waitlist entries using fake or stolen identities.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, and trademarks are the property of Super Cool Calendar. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Site without our written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party services including Supabase and Vercel. Your use of the Site is subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or continuously available.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Super Cool Calendar, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars ($100).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance.
