1. Information We Collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your first and last name — so we can personalize future communications.
• Your email address — so we can notify you when Super Cool Calendar launches.
• Technical data — aggregated, anonymous usage statistics collected automatically via Vercel Analytics (no personal identification).

We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or data from any active calendar use at this time. The product is pre-launch.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Notify you when Super Cool Calendar becomes available.
• Send occasional pre-launch updates — no more than once per month.
• Improve our website and prevent abuse of the waitlist form.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Sub-Processors

Your information is stored and processed using the following industry-standard providers:

• Supabase — hosted PostgreSQL database for the waitlist.
• Vercel — website hosting and aggregate analytics.

Each sub-processor maintains its own security and compliance program.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Delete your information from our waitlist at any time.
• Object to the processing of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at alex@axtrotir.com. We respond within 30 days.

Residents of the European Economic Area have additional rights under the GDPR. Residents of California have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Contact us to exercise any of these.

5. Data Retention

We retain waitlist data until the earlier of:

• One year after Super Cool Calendar launches and you have been contacted, or
• You request deletion.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies via Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregate usage statistics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

7. Children

Super Cool Calendar is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members and posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
